JOURNEY FROM EAST TO WEST We were attending one conference in New York and after 15 days another one in Sandi ego. So we decided to go via Mexico.

ANCHORAGE In Anchorage we stayed at Bed & Breakfast belonging to a lady. She stayed next door and when we reached she was just stepping out for a meeting.

This second visit to Alaska was exclusively planned to see Brown bears. It was inspired by a show on Discovery channel about Bears in Alaska to be seen during Salmon Run. My husband knew about the gathering of Bears during Salmon run.

I had never heard about this valley nor about one of the most large eruption occuring in Alaska. I think it is considered next largest after the volcanic eruption that took place ar Saratoni island of Greece.
